Business searches
Soooner may record business searches and business-support requests in its own systems so we can improve coverage.
App activity
When you use the beta, Soooner may record a small set of first-party product events—such as opening a notification, viewing an alert, or enabling a shorter appointment option—together with the associated account and time. We use this information to understand whether alerts are useful and improve the product. We do not record every tap or use third-party advertising trackers for these events.
